An overall concept drawing shows all future proposals in a broad conceptual form, providing a framework from where each element, or area, can be picked out and detailed for construction when, and as, required. This drawing is a valuable long term strategy document as it combines all future landscape uses on paper, so it can also become a landscape management guide.
